Over the last decade, it seems, more and more people are using the camera on their phones to record others for the sake of protecting themselves. However, more often than not, protecting themselves really means getting proof that whatever it is they’re requesting or upset about is actually downright ridiculous. Often, there is a reason behind the behavior, whether it is race-fueled or otherwise. Unfortunately, one forestry worker in Georgia was met with one rather angry Karen who seems to have just needed someone to rant at.
The above video shows a woman and her small dog parked at some kind of national park in Georgia. Recording the video is a man who works for the park itself, simply doing his job. However, he is recording because the woman seemed to be agitated at the fact that he was walking along the property. Instead of allowing him to do his job, the woman decided to park, get out of her car, and start recording the man.
She decides that her reason for doing this is because she feels unsage; that the man is provoking her. Commenters under the video were quick to dismiss this, with one person even saying, “Her survival instincts are pretty low for someone being โstalked.โ If this woman felt unsafe, she was ALREADY in her car and should have left. Not get out of her car and approach him!”
Honestly, I couldn’t agree more with that comment. If she really felt as unsafe as she claims, then what is the point of getting out of the car and attempting to confront the very thing she wishes to get away from? The video ends with the two people arguing as a truck that the worker claimed to be his crew leader’s approached. It just goes to show that you can’t cry wolf for every situation simply because you think it will benefit you.
