Georgia Restaurant Owner Kicks Out Customer in the Middle of Tornado for Not Following Policy: ‘Survival Instinct Says To Beat His A**’

Did it have to get to that?

During a tornado in Rising Fawn, Georgia, a restaurant owner prioritized maintaining a policy over a customer’s well-being. The owner didn’t hesitate to kick out one customer who failed to adhere to the policy.

The customer recorded the incident and shared it on Reddit. As seen in the footage, the businessman yelled at the woman to leave the building. However, the lady’s refusal to leave led to a confrontation. “Call the cops and make us leave,” the customer threatened the restaurant owner.

Although the details of the tornado policy were unclear, the businessman can be heard saying it was a building issue. His explanation fell on deaf ears as the woman retorted, “It’s an issue for me to go right now and get into a f**king tornado. Are you f**king kidding?”

At the customer’s outburst, an old lady berated her choice of curse words, given that she has kids. But it only fueled her anger as she yelled the f-word at the old lady. When the restaurant owner threatened to throw her out, the customer fired back, “You touch me, I’d f**king sue your a**.”

Still remaining defiant about leaving the premises, the woman informed the businessman of the severe weather conditions. She said, “There’s a tornado on the ground, six miles away. They just said it. It was an update.” The extent of the storm was seen as the footage transitioned to show a heavy downpour outside.

Again, the entrepreneur attempted to do away with the customer as he stated that the tornado was south. However, the customer wasn’t taking his excuse. She said, “You don’t know which way it’s going to come. I already made it through one tornado. I’m not going outside because of your stupid policy.”

In no time, the video made the rounds, arousing mixed reactions from users. One user suggested that the customer should have obeyed the rules.

“So she’s upset he’s kicking her out into a potential tornado for not following tornado shelter rules. Girl, just follow the tornado policy and you won’t be in the tornado…?” they wrote.

Another netizen took sides with the customer, writing, “Plain and simple…make me, I’m not going till it passes. If you touch me, I’m gonna whoop your a**.” A similar sentiment read, “Nah, survival instinct says to beat his a** if it comes between me and staying sheltered from a tornado.”

A third Redditor condemned the eatery’s owner for treating the customer badly, while a fourth netizen criticized the old lady who only cared about the customer’s language.
