With Xbox Game Pass, players can currently access hundreds of games on PC and Xbox for just $1. However, don’t start the free trial just yet. The same cost may be used for a significant discount on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for up to three years if you play your cards well – you’ll need an Xbox Live Gold membership.
Upgrade Xbox Live Gold Subscription to Game Pass Ultimate
When you start the trial of Microsoft’s promotion, it also upgrades any existing Xbox Live Gold and regular Xbox Game Pass memberships on your account to Game Pass Ultimate. The upgrade is available for any pre-paid time up to a maximum of three years.
You can pre-pay for Xbox Live Gold for up to three years at a time, and if you do so and sign up for the Game Pass trial at the same time, you’ll receive Game Pass for the whole three years for only $1. To give you an idea of how much money you can save, three years of Xbox Live Gold cost roughly $180. By adding the $1 deal, so you can buy three years of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for roughly $181. That’s a huge advantage compared to paying $14.99 per month for Game Pass Ultimate and a total of $540.
- You must have a Live Gold subscription. Pre-pay as far as you can manage; you can do this for up to three years. The cost for three years is $180.
- Activate the $1 Xbox Game Pass Ultimate trial.
- Accept upgrading your Gold or standard Game Pass membership to Game Pass Ultimate.
- Cancel the Game Pass before the first month ends.
