Gold TV Mounted Outside Capitol Hill Displays Trump & Jeffrey Epstein: ‘You Have The Freedom To Display Your So-called Art’

People are so creative

Citizens nationwide have continued to protest the Trump administration and are now devising creative ways to do so. One such protest is a gold TV sculpture mounted close to the National Mall in Washington, D.C. The sculpture, as seen on Reddit, features a gold TV and an eagle sitting on top of it, with its wings spread outwards. Gold leaf branches are visible on the sides and at the top of the television sculpture. The TV depicted Trump dancing in one slide. In the frame of Trump dancing during a campaign stop, several posters can be seen behind him.

In another frame, the president is seen alongside Jeffrey Epstein, the late convicted sex offender. “Him and Epstein on repeat with some dancing sections. This was yesterday and a few people were checking it out,” one fan commented underneath the post.

The gold TV was also mounted on a pillar designed with a gold plaque that read, “In the United States of  America, you have the freedom to display your so-called ‘art,’ no matter how ugly it is.” — the Trump White House, June 2025.”

The quote references a White House comment following the installation of a different sculpture, which was mounted days after the June 14 military parade. As we reported, the structure depicted a giant hand smashing down on the head of the Liberty Statue. The head of the iconic national symbol featured a large crack that ran from the crown down to the forehead.

This time, the plaque read, “DICTATOR APPROVED.” It also showed several quotes from popular world leaders and dictators who support Trump. One quote belonging to North Korea’s Kim Jong Un read, “Your Excellency, a ‘special’ relationship. The extraordinary courage of President Trump.” Another side of the plaque read, “‘President Trump is a very bright and talented man.’” — Vladimir Putin.

The new statue has since elicited a range of reactions online. One user wrote, “Awesome! More of this, please!” Another user commented, “My GOD, that’s beautiful. THAT is art! ❤️👏🏼”

One user expressed shock that the statue was still in place, given its controversial nature. “I’m very shocked nobody has destroyed it. Maybe they think it’s being monitored (no pun intended).”

Another user proposed the theory that the reason it hasn’t been destroyed yet is that Trump supporters likely enjoyed seeing the president dancing on a gold TV. “MAGA, seeing him dancing on a gold TV is exactly how they want to picture him, so it wouldn’t surprise me that they loved it.”

Notably, the artist responsible for the structures has yet to be identified.
