The actress had been skiing with her kids at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah when she had an accident. According to her, a retired optometrist named Terry Sanderson slammed into her from behind.
Though she conversed with the man who also apologized, Paltrow had to stop the activity for the day. This occurred in 2016, but a few years later, Sanderson slammed the actress with a lawsuit.
