Aly Raisman was all for the white stuff as she updated her Instagram to promote Silk Milk, but she wasn’t going for standard milk in her January 2021 share. Posting via a paid partnership with the plant-based milk brand, the Olympic gymnast sent fans cozy kitchen vibes as she posed with a glass of milk, fueling up her toned body with tons of protein and keeping it vegan-friendly.
Earning herself over 14,000 likes for the post, Aly ditched the cute minidresses and leotards for a comfy sweater look, telling fans that packing in enough protein while being plant-based can be a challenge, but that Silk Milk offers the perfect solution. While Aly is not fully vegan, she doesn’t consume red meat, but does, on occasion, eat fish.
Gymnast Aly Raisman Goes Full Milk On Instagram
Looking cute as a button as she rested her elbows on kitchen countertops, Aly hid her muscular frame as she modeled a simple white sweatshirt.
Posing with a carton of Silk Milk and a glass of the stuff in one hand, the Massachusetts native wore a gold ring as she sported her brunette locks down, wearing barely any makeup and melting her 2.1 million followers with her smile.
Choosing one of the brand’s higher-protein milks, Aly made sure to show the 20g protein written on the front of the carton, explaining more in her caption.
‘Delicious’ Milk Gets Her ‘Enough Protein’
Addressing fans, Raisman said:
“I am passionate about trying to be more plant based. I used to struggle to get enough protein so when I heard about Silk ULTRA I was really eager to try it. I’m extremely excited to partner up with @Silk for another year to launch Silk ULTRA– It’s packed with 20g of complete plant-based protein which helps me to recover after workouts and ensure I’m getting enough protein throughout the day.”
Noting that she loves the taste, the Gold Medal winner continued: “It’s also delicious. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!”
Silk Milk has also been promoted by Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps. Aly, who officially retired from gymnastics in 2020 and last competed in the Olympics in 2016, is also signed to clothing brand Aerie, where she regularly releases her own Aerie collabs. The gymnast also dedicates her Instagram feeds to promoting mental wellbeing, often sharing her mindfulness, meditation, and home garderning gains.
Aly is followed by stars including fellow Olympian Simone Biles and supermodel Hailey Bieber. Last week, she shared photos from former teammate Kyla Ross’ wedding, where she reunited with fellow gymnasts Jordyn Wieber and McKayla Maroney.
