Former Gymnast Nastia Liukin loves to work out; sometimes, she gives her fans a glimpse of her routines. On Friday, the 33-year-old took to her Instagram page with another workout video. The short clip began with Liukin, dressed in blue gym wear and white sneakers, walking into her workout space. Liukin began the session with some stretches, after which she did some planks with leg lifts. Next, Liukin did another plank workout, finishing the routine with squats while holding two dumbbells. A remix of Lana Del Rey’s Say Yes to Heaven playing in the background added a lovely feel to the clip.
In the caption, the Olympic medalist revealed that after she finished her 20-30-minute workout, she sat for some time and did some stretches. According to Liukin, as the sun’s rays penetrated through the gym’s window, she glanced at a photo of herself as a child. Above the picture was a photo of a grown-up Liukin on the cover of a Wheaties Box. Seeing the two pictures side by side made the star reflect on her success. She then offered some words of encouragement to her followers. Liukin wrote:
“So here’s to remind you all: do it for her, keep making her proud.”
