Olivia Dunne admitted that she’d been waiting for her stretching time as she made the most of some high-tech workout equipment on TikTok earlier this year. Treating her athlete body to some recovery she said was “much needed,” the 21-year-old entered self-care mode with a gentle wellness session, one including a vibrating gym plate with stretching, face and back treatments, plus a physical therapist.
Olivia, who has just confirmed a fifth year at LSU where she represents the college’s Tigers team, showed off her session in a stylish pink two-piece. In a rare move, the gymnast chose not to tag a brand, although her matching set may well have been from the Vuori Clothing line she’s fronted since 2021.
Olivia Dunne Shows Off Gymnast Recovery On TikTok
Walking past a wall sign with “RESTORE” written on it, Olivia sent out casual come-with-me hands as she walked toward her first part of the session.
Highlighting her super-toned figure in skintight pink leggings and a matching crop top, the blonde posed square and with her legs apart, making the most of her vibrating plate to deliver a little something extra to her tired-out legs. Leaning forward, Dunne showed hints of her jaw-dropping flexibility, but this wasn’t a mat showoff.
Also leaning against a ballet bare while on the plate, Olivia eventually shifted to a yellow yoga mat where she both snuggled with her dog and had her PT actually stand on her! Also included in the footage was a Gua-Sha-like massage of the star’s back, plus a little gentle face care.
Flexible Star Admits ‘Much Needed’
In a caption, Olivia wrote: “Much needed.”
Olivia began gymnastics at the age of three. Putting herself through rigorous training, she made the sport her career, but as the most-followed NCAA athlete on social media, she’s now a celebrity with an impressive endorsement portfolio. Alongside being signed to Vuori Clothing, Olivia is an ambassador for American Eagle, Plantfuel, Accelerator, and Nautica.
“Growing up in the sport of gymnastics, you are constantly being judged,” she told SI Swim while discussing the world of gymnastics. “Being in the spotlight and having these eyes on you, you feel like you need to be perfect,” Olivia added.
Continuing as she outlined simple loves including nature, Olivia reminded fans that “perfection isn’t real. But finding moments of bliss can be, I just have to look in the right places.”
Olivia’s largest following comes via the 8 million following her on TikTok. Slightly lower, but still impressive, is her Instagram fanbase, now topping 5 million.
