Olivia Dunne may deliver her gymnastics moves with apparent ease, but she confessed that this TikTok-posted move was “hard.” In April, the 21-year-old shared footage of herself training as she practiced her wolf turns — while she delivered multiple spins, she did eventually topple over.
Proving she’s brave enough to show a less-than-perfect move, Olivia gained endless fan love as her 8 million followers left comments. The LSU gymnast even replied to her fans, something that seems to be luck of the draw as her followers continue to ask: “Does Livvy respond?” With her 8 million TikTok fans and north of 5 million on Instagram, Olivia is now the most-followed NCAA athlete on social media.
Olivia Dunne Impresses TikTok With “Hard” Move
Filmed solo from an indoor training space, Olivia balanced her entire body weight on one foot, wearing a tight, high-waisted pair of shorts in dark gray, plus a skimpy white crop top. Ditching her shoes as she wore socks and hoisted herself up on tip-toe, the Vuori Clothing partner showed off her impressive upper and core body strength, also using her built quad muscles to keep herself lifted as she spun around on one foot.
Sticking to a low-level crouch, Olivia made the most of her strong arms to keep the momentum going, concentrating as she delivered 360 after 360, but it had to end somewhere. At the end of the footage, Olivia admitted defeat, flopping onto her belly and looking completely exhausted. “These are hard,” the MTV VMAs face wrote. Fans left the blonde over 300,000 likes.
Stunning in Gym Gear for Brand Deal
Olivia tends to dedicate her TikTok to fun videos and gymnastics displays, with her Instagram more focused on promotional content. In April, Olivia joked that she was going “mirror mirror” as she snapped home selfies while rocking a skintight black top with a chest cut-out. Adding in likewise clingy pants for a matching set look, the New Jersey-born sensation stuck her tongue out while holding her phone, tagging the Vuori Clothing brand she joined in 2021.
“I’m super excited about this partnership with Vuori. I can’t wait to introduce it to my audience. Ever since I put on my first Vuori sports bra, it was such quality material, and I knew it’s something that I wanted to introduce to my following because it felt right to me,” Olivia told Forbes as she announced her Vuori partnership.
Olivia is not the first gymnastics face to front a major brand. Olympic gymnast Simone Biles has a high-profile deal with sportswear company Athleta. Meanwhile, Gold Medal winner Aly Raisman has fronted Amazon and Silk Milk, also making headlines for her Aerie clothing collabs.
