The drama between Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ryan Anderson has gotten even more interesting. According to TMZ, the pair decided to get a divorce after having a huge argument over food. Yes, you read that right. Apparently, Anderson had “issues” over hoarding food that Blanchard didn’t know about until they began living together. She tried to fix things by cleaning out their fridge. However, Anderson wasn’t pleased, causing the two to fight and ultimately go their separate ways.

Blanchard and Anderson have been married since July 2022. However, they only recently began living together after Blanchard left prison in December. While they initially appeared over the moon to finally be under one roof, things changed once Blanchard witnessed her husband’s hoarding habits.
According to TMZ, Blanchard had learned that Anderson “collects and keeps food items in bulk.” Since his hoarding behavior triggered bad memories of her mother, Blanchard decided to address the matter by cleaning out their fridge. Unfortunately, it led to the couple arguing, which made Blanchard question her whole relationship with Anderson.

Although the fight was one major factor behind their split, Blanchard was also turned off by Anderson’s sleeping habits. A source told the publication that the special education teacher would keep his wife up at night due to his loud snoring. It also didn’t help that Anderson runs “very hot at night” like a “human furnace.” Blanchard found it uncomfortable since “she likes sleeping in a cool bed.”
After leaving their home following their argument, Blanchard filed for divorce from Anderson on April 8. She also got a restraining order against him. Since then, Anderson responded by filing his own restraining order against Blanchard on April 16.
