Hailey Bieber has sparked a massive storm on Instagram as her latest campaign for lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret attracts negative comments. On Monday, the supermodel posted photos and a video of herself modeling a basic bra and briefs look as she flaunted her super-fit body, but users are now accusing her of being naturally slender and attempting to look bigger than she is.
Hailey was signed to Victoria’s Secret in 2021, as the label rebranded itself towards a body-positive image, going for its VS Collective crew versus the former Angels. The wife to Justin Bieber does not appear to have responded to the comments.

Showing off her toned abs and womanly curves in a plunging, textured, and slightly sparkly blue bra, Hailey posed at angles that didn’t necessarily make her look slimmer. She also rocked a low-rise pair of blue briefs to match, looking pared down, natural, and happy in her video.
Looking confident as she showcased a fierce set of muscles, the workout queen merely shouted out VS via hashtags in her caption. The post gained over half a million likes, but it didn’t come without drama.
Asked Why She’s Posing ‘To Look Thicker’
Over 4,000 fans liked a comment reading: “You are slim and fit, why pose to look thicker?” Here, a fan replied that the original poster had gotten “used to the world of editing. This is a normal body,” they wrote. Also proving popular was a fan saying: “The photos were strange, it didn’t do her any favors, she doesn’t have that belly.”
“Something is odd?? That is not her body. She doesn’t look tall and super skinny. Modified to fit a healthier stereotype?” a further fan asked.
Fortunately, many fans came out to back the YSL ambassador who was also told: “Real body, we love to see that.” Hailey has suffered hate ever since her alleged feud with singer Selena Gomez in early 2023, something that damaged her Instagram following and wound up seeing her trolled for seemingly no reason.
Some fans, however, were done with the endless criticism of celebrity bodies.
“Some people just hate on this beautiful girl for breathing. It’s disgusting. She absolutely stunning.❤ I love her. This is a body babes. Some of yall need to stop being so blind and ignorant about what a woman “should” look like and following what all of Hollywood is putting in our heads. She’s gorgeous!!” they said, gaining over 800 likes.
