ICE strikes again in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where agents, despite the presence of numerous lawyers, forcefully arrested a young person in a crowded public space.
In the tense video posted on Instagram, a young man could be seen pinned against a marble base by two men, while another ICE agent attempted to block the growing crowd of people recording the incident on their phones. “Get the [expletive] off,” members of the crowd repeatedly yelled at the agents, who did not back down and continued restraining the man while preventing others from getting closer.
They eventually tied the man’s hands and forcefully escorted him out of the building. The crowd followed closely behind, cameras still raised. The man was placed inside an ICE vehicle, while one agent continued positioning himself between the car and the crowd to keep people at a distance.
“He has an attorney,” someone could be heard shouting as the ICE agents drove away from the scene. According to the caption of the video, the federal agents were unidentified, and the incident took place at the Hennepin County Government Center. The caption alleged that the agents violently detained the man by slamming him to the ground and pinning him against the marble surface.
The comment section quickly filled with reactions, many expressing shock and outrage over what they described as unusual conduct. “He looks so young 😔💔,” someone noted, reacting to the man’s appearance. A user questioned the legitimacy of the agents, writing, “How does anyone know these are even legit agents?! No ID, no uniforms, nothing.
