Heavy Metal Legends Find Their Way Into Epic Games and Fortnite

Epic Games is always at the forefront of innovation, turning several games into more than that. It transforms them into interactive shows for all kinds of fans. The popular Fortnite attracts important collaborations, and this time, the legendary members of Metallica will arrive in one of the heaviest collaborations throughout Epic Games’s suite of titles. For fans of the band and those who want to feel the adrenaline of listening to “Enter Sandman” in the background, this is the time to jump into the new season. Feel all the power of the guitars and drums with these heavy metal legends.

Metallica lights it up inside Fortnite I Gameplay Trailer

Live the Metallica: Fuel. Fire. Fury. experience with the live half-hour concerts playing at the following times:  

  • Saturday, June 22: 2 PM, 5 PM, and 11 PM (ET).
  • Sunday, June 23: 10 AM, 2 PM, and 5 PM (ET).

Also, as part of the Premium Battle Pass, players can get the skins of James Hetfield, Kirk Hammett, Robert Trujillo, and Lars Ulrich. There are also the Puppet Master Outfits, only available in the store, and the LEGO Fortnite versions of these outfits (available from June 21, 2024). During the battle, you can find the Metallica Floating Loot Island, the Ride the Lightning weapon guitar, and the Metallica missions (available from July 2, 2024).

As part of the Fortnite Festival, you can unlock or purchase several Metallica tracks, including “Enter Sandman,” “Fuel,” “Master of Puppets,” “Ride the Lightning,” “The Unforgiven,” and “Wherever I May Roam.” At the same time, Rocket Racing will receive the new track Thrash Mountain and the Metallica Quests. Players can get the Backfire Car Body, the Puppetmaster Backfire Decal, and Chasing Light Wheels as a reward.

Live the metal together with Metallica and Epic Games games. There will be more missions, decals, emotes, and exciting games, so don’t miss the live shows and the new season starting this Thursday, June 13, 2024.

Fortnite is available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and Mobile.
