Henry Cavill is getting ready for his most important role yet: fatherhood. On Sunday, June 16, The Witcher star celebrated father’s day by updating fans on his and Natalie Viscuso’s baby. After confirming in April that he and the TV executive are expecting their first child together, Cavill has now revealed their little one is coming “soon.”
The Man of Steel actor gave fans a rare glimpse into the couple’s parenting journey on Instagram by posting a selfie inside of their baby’s nursery. The photo showed Cavill wearing a plaid shirt as he posed in front of a wooden crib and matching changing table. In his caption, the star wished “dads out there” a “Happy Father’s Day.” He also gushed over the fact he’ll be joining their “hallowed ranks soon” when his and Viscuso’s baby arrives.
Since he’ll be a first-time father, Cavill urged his followers to send him any advice they had on becoming a parent. He then ended his message by joking the couple’s baby will be building “Warhammer miniatures,” which is in reference to the couple’s upcoming film adaptation of Warhammer 40,000.
Cavill’s Justice League co-star, Jason Momoa, reacted to his post by congratulating him on his baby’s upcoming arrival.

After dating for three years, the Argylle actor confirmed in April 2024 that they were expecting their first child together.
