Hogwarts Legacy: How to Complete San Bakar's Trial

Throughout your gameplay in Hogwarts Legacy, you will have to learn how to complete San Bakar’s Trial, among 3 other trials. Each trial is given to you by one of the Keepers, 4 wizards put in place to protect Ancient Magic from getting into the wrong hands. San Bakar is the 4th Keeper that you meet, and will give you the 4th trial. Throughout the trial you will make a new friend, gain a new mount, and learn some nasty secrets about how Ancient magic has been abused in the past. Keep reading to learn how to complete San Bakar’s Trial in Hogwarts Legacy.

How to Complete San Bakar’s Trial in Hogwarts Legacy

Before you begin this quest, you will have too make sure you are at least Level 24 and you have already completed the Lodgok’s Loyalty quest.

Go to The Map Chamber

Head into the Hogwarts Castle, to the Secret Rooms area, then into the Map chamber and approach Professor Fig.

Speak with Professor Fig

Once you are in the Map Chamber speak with Professor Fig.

Meet Professor Fig at San Bakar’s Pensieve Chamber

After you’ve spoken to Professor Fig, he will ask you to meet him at San Bakar’s Pensieve Chamber.

Find the Clue to Open the Pensieve Chamber

When you approach the Pensieve Chamber, you will find that you cannot open the door and you must find clues in order to learn how it can be unlocked and opened. Look to the vines that cover the door and hit them with your Incendio Spell or your Confringo Spell. This will burn away the vines covering the door to reveal a large Graphorn head.

Search for the Lord of the Shore

Professor Fig will tell you that you need to locate a Graphing in order to unlock the door. More specifically, you have to find a Graphorn called the Lord of the Shore and bring him back there.

Enter the Graphorn’s Den

One you locate the Graphorn’s den, the Lord of the Shore will approach you and begin to attack.

Subdue the Lord of the Shore

Take the Graphorn’s health all the way down. Once you do, you will have a choice between Kneeling and Attacking the magical beast. Choose the Kneel option, and the Lord of the Shore will allow you to climb on his back.

This will unlock the Graphorn mount.

Return with Graphorn to the Pensieve Chamber

When you make it back to San Bakar’s Pensieve Chamber, stay mounted on the Graphorn and step onto the circular platform in front of the door. This will unlock the door and allow you to go inside.

Witness the Pensieve Memory

Hop off the Graphorn and go inside the Pensieve Chamber to witness San Bakar’s Pensieve Memory.

Use the Magical Passageway

The Magical Passageway will take you back to the Map Chamber.

Speak with the Keepers

Speak with the keepers and Professor Fig when you return to the Map Chamber.

This completed the quest.
