Honkai Star Rail’s 1.3 Special Program took place on August 18, bringing many announcements for the upcoming game’s version. This update will be one of the biggest ever due to the amount of events, quality-of-life changes, and rewards. For the latter, the 1.3 Special Program of Honkai Star Rail also showed a few Stellar Jade codes players can exchange to get rewards for a limited time.
