The Honkai Star Rail mission: A Walk Among the Tombstones was added in 2.1. It involves Aventurine and helping them with a big problem, but it can prove rather tricky. The entire Astral Express crew in Penacony had to respond to Aventurine’s ominous call. The peaceful Dreamscape of Penacony is at stake, threatened by the IPC. The question that looms is, how can our heroes thwart this formidable villain?

A Walk Among the Tombstones – Honkai Star Rail Guide

A Walk Among the Tombstones is the final mission of Honkai Star Rail Version 2.1. To start this Trailblaze Mission, you must first be Trailblaze Level 34 and complete the All the Sad Tales quest. This quest is how Aventurine arrives at Clock Studios Theme Park while it is contaminated by Harmony because of Sunday. For the same reason, the members of Astral Express and Acheron must reach him by following these steps:

1. Talk to your team at The Golden Hour, Penacony.
2. You will start an Exploratory Excursion. In this dungeon, the enemies are weak against Physical, Lightning, and Ice.
3. You will appear at the entrance of Clock Studios Theme Park.
4. Head to the main stage of the studio. Here, Aventurine will start talking, and then there will be the cinematic of his transformation into a boss form.
5. Fight Aventurine.
6. When you defeat Aventurine, a flashback of Acheron will start, and then a cinematic of the Aventurine in his boss form.
7. As Acheron defeats Aventurine, he appears in “the other dream. Here, you must help Aventurine to find Kakavasha. When they both meet, Acheron will talk to Aventurine.
8. Then there will be two more cinematics, one of SAM and the other of Gallager with Sunday. When both ends, you have completed A Walk Among the Tombstones and Honkai Star Rail Version 2.1.

How to Defeat Aventurine?

Aventurine is the main “enemy” of this update and the one you will face at the end of this Trailblaze Mission. You must choose a team almost from the beginning of the quest; from there, you must be thinking about defeating this IPC member. You will need characters from Physical, Lightning, or Ice elements. Ruan Mei, Acheron, and Jingliu are elements that can help a lot in this battle. I beat it using Trailblazer Fire as shielder, Jing Yuan and Argenti as DPS, and Bailu because I don’t have a better healer. The important thing to beat this boss is to have a good shielder or healer; Fu Xuan is also a great option since he fulfills both roles. Also, take characters that do area damage to get bigger numbers with Aventurine’s dice to prevent him from attacking your characters.
