The Special Program for the 1.3 version of Honkai Star Rail will take place on August 18 at 19:30 (UTC+8). Players can head to the official YouTube channel to watch the live stream. From what we’ve seen and what the company has revealed, Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan will be the show’s stars. While some leaks have shown the banner order already, we’ll have to wait until Friday to see if the information is accurate. If it is, we’ll likely get Imbibitor Lunae first, followed by Fu Xuan and maybe a new 4-star character.
