Gallagher’s healing gains extra scaling from the “Break Effect” stat. With this in mind, in terms of increasing his raw healing output, Gallagher has one specific Light Cone that works best with his kit. The What is Real? Light Cone is a free-to-play Light Cone that increases the wearer’s Break Effect by 48% at S5 while restoring some HP for the wearer after using basic ATK.
