HoYoverse finally did it. The developers threw a curveball at us because, after seeing Topaz for the first time, many were hoping for information regarding this character. However, the people behind this gacha game decided to reveal a new character instead. Huo Huo is an upcoming 5-star character who’ll join the ranks of Honkai Star Rail sometime in the future. Right now, we only know her rarity, element, and Path, which is great as many are already considering pulling for her.
Huo Huo is an Upcoming 5-Star Healer in Honkai Star Rail
According to the drip marketing of Huo Huo, she’s the next 5-star healer of Honkai Star Rail. The official announcement revealed she’ll wield the Wind element, and like other healers, she comes from the Path of Abundance. It is nice to see another healer join the ranks so soon. While people enjoy Lynx and everything she brings to the game, a new 5-star healer is always welcome, especially since we only have Bailu and Luocha. Yet, there’s no set date for the release of this Foxian girl. All we know is she comes from the Xianzhou Luofu and is in charge of capturing ghosts despite the fact she hates them.

While many thought we’d step back from Xianzhou characters, Huo Huo’s reveal in Honkai Star Rail makes us think there’s still much to tell on this planet. However, it could be like Genshin Impact, where, despite having a new region, the developers release characters belonging to previous nations, something not too crazy for HoYoverse’s latest game.
Whichever the case might be, we’re glad to see another healer joining the roster. So far, people have been struggling with certain content due to the lack of healers and the fact that some are 5-star only. While Huo Huo will be a featured character, too, players have time to save for her now that she’s been officially revealed.
