Honkai Star Rail has a huge roster of characters, and with such a large cast, some units are bound to be better than others. However, Honkai Star Rail is blessed with different endgame modes that can give different characters their time to shine. These are the Memory of Chaos and Pure Fiction, with the Memory of Chaos testing your team’s overall damage and synergy, while Pure Fiction rewards AoE damage. Honkai Star Rail Memory of Chaos and Pure Fiction Tier List
The Memory of Chaos and Pure Fiction provide different buffs based on the current rotation that benefit different characters. For instance, the Memory of Chaos might add a buff that directly buffs DoT teams, which means some characters will be better than others in different Memory of Chaos and Pure Fiction rotations.
