CoD Zombies is known for many things: deep story, Richtofen, perk jingles, and easter egg music! We left Black Ops 6‘s Reckoning Zombies map with the return of Elena Siegman, the original vocalist for the CoD Zombies easter egg songs masterfully crafted by none other than Kevin Sherwood, and now the starter map of Black Ops 7, Ashes of the Damned, is blessed with her voice. Wunderbar!

Just like the easter egg songs in Black Ops 6, we’re looking for 3 Mr Peeks headphones here in Black Ops 7, Ashes of the Damned. The locations are scattered around the map, so you’ll have to have good guns and Ol’ Tessie wonder vehicle to travel the big map for each piece. Let’s begin.

Janus Tower First

The first headphone is here in the Janus Tower Plaza near the Quick Revive perk, lucky us. You can activate this one as quickly as round 1, so just head over to the Quick Revive room, and look for the Mr Peeks headphone on the shelves, as you see in the image above.

The second piece is found in Exit 115

The next headphone is located in Exit 115, AKA the Diner from the good ol’ Tranzit. You’ll find the headphones here in this car on the seats. Interact with it, and you’ll hear Mr Peeks laugh as a sign of activation.

Near Double Tap In Ashwood

One last headphone to go, and it’s in the Ashwood, right in the middle part of the map. Use the zipline in front of the garage, and you’ll find the Double Tap perk machine. There’s a shattered building near it, and you’ll find the next headphone for the Ashes of the Damned easter egg song on top of it.

The music is called “Turn To Ashes”, probably referencing our good old days of the Aether story that’s turned into ashes now with what happened in the Black Ops 4 Zombies ending. The song truly does kick like the adrenaline in your body while playing, just like “The One” and “115” used to do 10+ years ago, and I’m grateful!
