How To Beat Elite Four Poppy in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Despite her young age, Poppy has become part of the strongest team of Pokémon trainers, and this is the first thing you should think about. And although at first glance it seems harmless, you can be sure that the battle with her will be long and difficult.

Once you defeat Rika and her Ground-type Pokémon, you’ll be able to challenge Poppy. As we said at the beginning, Poppy is the second boss of the Elite Four team and an ardent lover of Steel-type Pokémon. In addition, the level of her Pokémon ranges from 58 to 59. So you have to collect not only a suitable but also a sufficiently upgraded team of Pokémon.

However, we have prepared some information about what Poppy uses and the weaknesses of her Pokémon below.

Pokémon Type Level Weaknesses

As you might have guessed, to beat Elite Four Poppy in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you must use a leveled-up Fire-type Pokémon. Poppy’s Pokémon teams are Steel-type or a combination of Steel and another type. In this case, Fire-type Pokémon and their respective attacks will be relatively effective against Poppy. You can also use powerful Ground-type Pokémon, but the battle will be a little longer in this case.

One of the best ideas is to have a high-level Armarouge or any similar Pokémon in your team. And if the level of this Pokémon is 62-63, then he alone will beat everything that Poppy has prepared for you. Also, keep in mind that you have to defeat Terastallize Tinkaton, so you should also aim to get Terastallize Fire-type Pokemon.
