Of all the people in Night City, Kiwi understands exactly how the system works. You can have friends and a crew, but nothing matters if you don’t look out for yourself first. A genius netrunner like Kiwi gets the job done, and you may never see her coming. A powerful character like that is just begging for use in the game. So, we decided to test out a build in Cyberpunk 2077 to see just how well Kiwi translates from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
Building Kiwi in Cyberpunk 2077
Kiwi is a netrunner. As such, she’s not in the forefront of the battle like a tank. If you want to plop Kiwi out of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, you’ll need to focus on two main points: cyberdeck and secrecy.
Because of that, there are a couple of main areas you should focus your attributes on:
- Intelligence
- Cool

Ideally, you will want to elevate Intelligence to around 20. Kiwi isn’t one of the smartest members of the crew in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners for no reason. Plus, it opens us to far more breaching and quickhacking skills that her build needs.
Best Perks for a Cyberpunk 2077 Kiwi Build
Intelligence should be our major attribute to successfully make V’s build as close as possible to how Kiwi is in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. You don’t need every perk within it, but you’ll get close.
The primary focus is ensuring we have a solid amount of RAM, recovery, and quickhack damage. Kiwi is fast and efficient, so consider putting points into these Breach Protocol Intelligence perks to help replicate her Cyberpunk: Edgerunners build:
- Mass Vulnerability (Resistances and Quickhacks)
- Cloud Cache
- Total Recall and Totaler Recall
- Extended Network Interface
- Efficiency
- Hackathon
- Head Start
- Buffer Optimization
Under the Quickhacking perks tree, you want just about everything besides I Spy and Master Ram Liberator. They help, but they’re not necessary when you can feed extra perks elsewhere.

Speaking of elsewhere, another attribute to focus on is Cool. Stealth is key for a Kiwi build close to her Cyberpunk: Edgerunners design. So, you’ll need a high enough rating in Cool to gather helpful perks like Ghost (Ninjutsu) and From the Shadows (Ninjutsu). Both perks require at least 12 Cool.
You’ll want to try for 16 Cool, however. This is because we want to get Coldest Blood (Cold Blood). It pairs perfectly with Quick Transfer (Cold Blood) to further reduce quickhack upload time.
From there, you can work in extra perks in things like Body and Technical Ability. We need a few in Body if we want V to survive the upcoming battles. Stealth is the goal, but it doesn’t always work out that way.

Best Cyberware for Kiwi’s Cyberpunk Edgerunners Build
Of course, the cyberdeck you run with is just as vital as using the right perks. So, prepare your eddies and hit up the best ripperdocs in Night City to find these must-have cyberware items:
Cyberware | Ripperdoc/Location |
---|---|
Ex-Disk (Frontal Cortex) | West Wind Estate, Pacifica |
Visual Cortex Support (Frontal Cortex) | Kraviz’s Clinic/Charter Hill, Westbrook |
Optical Camo (Integumentary System) | West Wind Estate, Pacifica |
Subdermal Armor (Integumentary System) | Kabuki, Watson |
Tetratronic Rippler MK.4 (Operating System) | Kraviz’s Clinic/Charter Hill, Westbrook |
Bioconductor (Circulatory System) | Badlands, Nomad Camp |
If you want V as strong as possible, try to find higher-rated cyberware. Ex-Disk is vital as it gives you more quickhack RAM. Meanwhile, Visual Cortex is perfect for dealing crit damage.
Cyberware like Optical Camo and Subdermal Armor ensures our build won’t make V too squishy as Kiwi isn’t the most solid character in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.

Your operating system is probably the most important. Tetatronic Ripller MK.4 is the best you can get for a Kiwi build in Cyberpunk 2077. It gives you a comfortable base RAM amount, ample slots for your quickhacks, and reduces cooldown for quickhacks. You can pile on the damage without ever being seen.
Bioconductor rounds everything off. It lowers the cooldown for your cyberware, further helping you maintain the pressure.
Best Quickhacks for a Kiwi Build
To make our Kiwi build work almost like how she works in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, we need hacks like Ping. It’s the classic that never fails no matter what build you use.

On top of that, you can aim for reliable spread quickhacks like Contagion or fast knock-outs like Short Circuit. Weapon Glitch is great to help your Cyberpunk 2077 Kiwi build feel like the anime. For ultimate damage and stealth, the following are our favorite hacks:
- Cyberpsychosis
- Suicide
Not much can make you feel as powerful as gliding through a sea of enemies taking themselves or each other out.
Whether you’re starting a new game or haven’t spent your single attribute reset yet, you can take this Kiwi build for a spin. Until then, check the video below to see how a Kiwi build looks in Cyberpunk 2077:
