- Go to the location shown on the Map.
- Find the phone and start the mission. ( Most of the time, it is lying on the First Couch once you enter the building)
- Follow the directions on the phone to locate the HVT location. Eliminate all enemies at the site. Once you have eliminated all enemies, one of them will drop a key. ( Some players say you do not need to use the same Key to complete the mission)
- Use the Key to unlock the locked space in the HVT location.
