If you fancy inviting Natasha to the Express in Honkai: Star Rail, you must complete the Companion Mission, “Blizzard Immunity.” This Mission marks the second part of Natasha’s character arc, the first being the “Origin of the Medicine.” Before accepting and completing this particular Companion Mission, you must increase your Equilibrium Level. This feat is done by clearing “Trial of the Equilibrium: Part 1,” after which your ‘World Level’ will increase. This trial will become available after you’ve progressed through the first chapter of the Jarilo-VI storyline and reached Trailblaze Level 20.
How to Unlock Honkai Star Rail Blizzard Immunity
To unlock the “Blizzard Immunity” Companion Mission in Honkai: Star Rail, completing “Origin of the Medicine” is essential. Additionally, you must get to “Not Good With Farewells” in the Trailblaze Mission questline for Jarilo-VI. Once these two prerequisites have been met, you’ll receive a text message from Natasha. Accordingly, complete her Companion Mission to unlock the “The Outskirts Here Are Quiet” Achievement.

How to Complete the Blizzard Immunity Companion Mission
The first objective of “Blizzard Immunity” in Honkai: Star Rail involves visiting Natasha at her Clinic in Boulder Town. For reference, her Clinic is the first location you encounter in the Underworld. After finishing her dialogue, you must meet with her in the Overworld. She can be found near the fountain in the Administrative District. The closest Space Anchor to her position is the Central Plaza.
Natasha wishes to buy a gift for her mother but requires your guidance. Regardless of the option you choose, Natasha will suggest visiting the Eversummer Florist for a bouquet gift. Inside the shop, you must consult the Wildfire’s leader and the florist for the best bouquet. Once you’re done, fast-travel to the Space Anchor near the Goethe Hotel.
After Natasha’s touching reunion with her mother, you’ll be approached by Butler Oswell. He’ll share with your messages from Vache, after which you must accompany Natasha outside Belobog. You must investigate clues across the Snow Plains to progress the Companion Mission in Honkai: Star Rail. You’ll encounter a Silvermane Sentry Leader, who’ll provide you with the medicine, Blizzard Immunity.

Whether you choose to drink the medicine, you must face an Ice Out Of Space and its minions near some ruin in the Snow Plains. Once the battle is over, you’ll have a concluding conversation with Natasha. Afterward, “Blizzard Immunity” of Honkai: Star Rail will be complete, and you’ll unlock the “The Outskirts Here Are Quiet” Achievement for free Stellar Jade.
