The Trailblazer has a weird fixation on trash cans, of which you can find several in the Administrative District. If you let your inner trash panda, aka raccoon, run free, you can even obtain a secret Achievement called Diogenes’ Utopia. You can unlock this Trophy by digging up a handful of items from the bottom of the garbage bins. Since more than a dozen are in this area, we’ll help guide you on which trash cans must be examined for the Diogenes’ Utopia Achievement in Honkai Star Rail.
