Aside from embracing Chaos in Lord Havik’s command, Mortal Kombat 1 also introduces a new type of finisher called Animality. This unlocks new levels of lethality in kombat, allowing your fighter to turn into an animal and tear the opponent apart. And this move, my fellow kombatants, is needed for solving the IEC GEA Klue in Mortal Kombat 1 Invasions Season 8.

If you put the letters in the right order, the words IEC GEA turn into ICE AGE. And there’s only one main character capable of conjuring ice from nothing: Sub-Zero. Once you’re at the Flying High section of the Fengjian village, take the shot and slay the opponent using Bi-Han’s Animality to complete the IEC GEA Klue in Mortal Kombat 1 Invasions Season 8.

  • Sub-Zero Animality: Down – Forward – Down – Forward

For some reason, the Animality moves in Mortal Kombat 1 are much easier to perform than the normal finishers. Most of these finishers are performed while in the mid-range of the enemy in MK1, and that’s exactly how you should do it with Sub-Zero as well. Bi-Han turns into a Mammoth and rips Nitara apart, only for you to gain your rewards. Maybe Bi-Han is a friend of Manny from another timeline? Who knows.

Completing the IEC GEA Klue in Mortal Kombat 1 rewards you with a unique skin for Sub-Zero called the Frigid Madness. This skin gives Sub-Zero the white eyes he had in some of the previous MK games, which is also like when he’s turned into Noob Saibot. Other rewards from this challenge include a rare Talisman and 100 Seasonal Koins. Solving this Klue is still the beginning of your path in Invasions Season 8, as there are many more to discover.

Amir is an absolute Call of Duty nerd, preferring shooter games more than everything. However, he does like to do uppercuts in Mortal Kombat and feel the NOS going through the engines in Need For Speed games.
