While consuming something that induces vomiting isn’t exactly a “Moment of Joy” in Honkai: Star Rail, “Insatiable” is an Achievement related to such an occurrence. More specifically, you must acquire the Synthesizer Recipe for a consumable called the Vomit Inducing Agent. Typically, in-game consumables provide your party with various benefits for combat. Conversely, this questionable beverage is anything but that. Giving the Vomit Inducing Agent in Honkai: Star Rail to a character will cause them to lose 99% of their HP while reducing their Satiety.

To get the recipe Vomit Inducing Agent and unlock the “Insatiable” Achievement in Honkai: Star Rail, you need to speak with Maxime. Maxime is an NPC labeled “Forgetful Miner” in Boulder Town of Jarilo-VI. Since he gives you the recipe, not the item, you will need access to Synthesizer for crafting. You can unlock the Synthesizer by completing a quest for Hinkel, located in the Storage Zone of the Herta Space Station.

Boulder Town is one of the first locations you’ll visit on the planet of Jarilo-VI. To find Maxime to complete the “Insatiable” Achievement in Honkai: Star Rail, travel to the Space Anchor in the bottom-left corner of the map. After arrival, walk to the east and look for a male NPC standing beside two dumpsters. You’ll recognize him from a distance by his pose: a facepalm.

Speak with Maxime and get through his initial dialogue sequences to the point when he says he’ll “deal with it some other time.” Choose the following dialogue options to receive the Vomit Inducing Agent recipe in Honkai: Star Rail:

  1. “There is something I wanted to ask you…”
  2. “What did you forget?”
  3. “I don’t think you need to start from the beginning.”
  4. “I don’t know.”
  5. “Hmm, we are back to square one,”
  6. “Well, take your time.”

Once the conversation is over, you’ll receive the receipt for the Vomit Inducing Agent consumable. To synthesize this item, you must combine Trash ×8 with one of the following three-star resources:

  • Strange Matter of Destruction ×1
  • Tree Bark of Erudition ×1
  • Stone of the Hunt ×1
  • Slime of Harmony ×1
  • Preservation Construction Material ×1
  • Hard Chip of Nihility ×1
  • Ambergris of Abundance ×1

Trash can be acquired from trash bins or destructible objects on Jarilo-VI. Once you’ve synthesized the Vomit Inducing Agent, give it to one of your party members to unlock the “Insatiable” Achievement in Honkai: Star Rail. Here’s a video by Funnyu Gaming for visual clarification:

Honkai: Star Rail is available on PC, Android, iOS, and PlayStation 4|5.
