After the popularity of Escape from Tarkov, Activision added a similar mode to Warzone 2 called DMZ where you can grab and complete missions in the match as well as complete tasks in overall matches. One of the new missions available now is the Lachmann weapons testing mission, and here is how to complete it in DMZ.

How to Complete Lachmann Weapons Testing Mission in DMZ

As part of the Tier 3 Crown Faction, you will be tasked to test a series of weapons. The first two ones are M4 and Kastov, and after completing their tests you will be assigned to testing Lachmann Weapons in the game.

To complete the mission of Lachmann weapons testing, you have to complete a series of challenges that you can find below:

  • Kill 10 enemies (bots) from a range of under 5 meters with the Lachmann weapons family
  • Kill 5 operators (real players) with a suppressed Lachmann weapons family
  • Kill 5 operators with a Lachmann weapons family from a range of over 75 meters

The weapons you can use for this challenge must be from the Lachmann family which are Lachmann-556, Lachmann-762, Lachman Sub, RAPP H, and LM-S. But the best among them are Lachmann-556 and Lachmann-762.

The first task of this mission is rather easy, and all you need to do is find a Lachmann family weapon and then kill 10 enemies from a range under 5 meters. Since you are mostly facing enemies in DMZ this shouldn’t be a problem.

Then you have to kill 5 operators or a real player with a Lachmann weapon that has a suppressor that you can buy from the different shops available throughout the map.

Since there is no range limitation, you can choose however you want to proceed with this task as long as you have the suppressor attachments.

Then comes the last task which you have to take out 5 operators from a ranger over 75 meters. This shouldn’t be a problem with a good scope, but determining how far you are from the enemies can be difficult.

So it is best to use a rangefinder optic that tells you how far you are from the enemy you want to take out.

Warzone 2 DMZ is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
