Shadow Company is highly involved with the Konni faction, and this time, they want to investigate the exact nature of Konni’s global operation. In this tier 2 mission, you must make enough chaos to confuse them so the Shadow Company can send ISR teams to analyze Konni’s operation. You have to kill Konni soldiers using an MCPR 300 equipped with different optics. So, let’s look at how to complete the Reconnaissance By Fire DMZ Mission.

You can complete the Reconnaissance By Fire DMZ Mission by killing 21 Konni Soldiers by equipping Iron, Hybrid, and Thermal sights on MCPR 300. You have to make seven kills from each sight from the same deployment.

The Al Mazrah is the best map for this mission since you have to change the optic in the middle of the match. Therefore, you must find a buy station to change the optic. Besides, Konni Soldiers control Ashika Island, and Vondel often has firefights between these two factions.

Currently, the only Iron scope available in the game is Cronen Irons, and the SZ Vortex 90 will come in handy for the Hybrid scope. For the Thermal scope, you can use Corio SZ-HS-80. Remember to bring enough cash to buy those scopes since they cost around $2,400 to $3,000, and you will have to buy those in one deployment to complete the Reconnaissance By Fire DMZ mission.

You can start with the Cronen Irons scope and make seven kills. After that, you can switch to SZ Vortex 90 for the hybrid scop for the next seven kills. Lastly, you must use Corio SZ-HS-80 for the thermal scope and make another seven kills.

After killing 21 Konni Soldiers with optics, you should easily accomplish the Reconnaissance By Fire DMZ mission. You will get 7500 XP and weapon contraband to complete this mission.

If you have completed the tier 2 Redacted mission in season 3, which involves killing 21 enemy soldiers and equipping different scopes with Kastov 762. In that case, you can complete this mission without much hassle because the process is the same, while the only challenge is equipping the correct scope.
