The Researcher’s Dilemma DMZ mission is a Tier-3 White Lotus faction objective. This mission is a capture and delivery task, but you’ll have to clear your way through some restricted areas to find the researcher’s notes and the false notes in DMZ. The mission takes place in the new Vondel map, and you’ll probably need a vehicle to move from the Zoo section to the Castle on the north and get back. Here’s how you can complete the Researcher’s Dilemma mission in Warzone 2 Season 4.
What Are the Objectives of the Researcher’s Dilemma DMZ Mission?
- Pick up the researcher’s notes from the Vondel Zoo Veterinary Office.
- Place the note in the church and pick the false notes in DMZ.
- Put the false notes in the Veterinary Office.
So the mission is simple, you need to replace two notes. But you need to find the exact location for each item and exchange them safely in a single deployment. Now for the first objective, head to the site in the image above in the Zoo section of Vondel.
Here you’ll find a building, which is a Stronghold in most matches. The challenge is that you’ll need two keys to access this area — one for the Stronghold and another for the Veterinary Office. The office is inside the area and requires a particular key, like many other restricted areas on the DMZ maps. You can clear HVT contracts and loot buildings to find this key or use a Skeleton Key to unlock this door.
When you open the door to the Veterinary Office, you’ll see it’s not such a special place. You’ll find good loot here, but the important thing is to extract the researcher’s notes in DMZ, an item that you’ll find in the room. Store the notes in your backpack, and head to the location in the image below. This is for completing your second objective in the Researcher’s Dilemma DMZ mission.
Where To Find the False Notes in DMZ Vondel
Here is a church near the Castle section of the Vondel map. Climb the ladders, or head inside to the second floor of the church. Once there, you’ll find the false notes, and you can replace them with the researcher’s notes. All you need to do is to press the interaction button, and then you’ll need to get ready to return to the Veterinary Office.
