‘Tis the season to complete the new Grumpmas Challenge in BitLife. In our favorite virtual life sim mobile game this week, we’ll be putting on our grumpy pants and spreading the absolute opposite of cheer and holiday spirit. We’ll be starting our life as a young boy in Nova Scotia, but we’ll soon put on a cranky face and terrorize everybody from primary school through adulthood. If you aren’t comfortable with throwing insults at innocent kids, this probably isn’t the challenge for you. Nevertheless, we’ll surely have some fun jumping into a new persona with this challenge.
BitLife: All Grumpmas Challenge Tasks
- Be born a male in Nova Scotia
- Insult 5+ primary school classmates
- Pirate 10+ porches at age 18+
- Burgle 5+ houses
- Marry someone with 80%+ Looks
How To Be Born a Male in Nova Scotia in BitLife
If you aren’t already a relatively young male in Nova Scotia, there’s a good chance you’ll need to surrender your current life and start over for this challenge. To surrender, head over to the Activities tab, then scroll all the way down to the bright blue “Surrender” option. From there, choose to surrender your life rather than continue with it. You’ll see your character’s gravestone and stats. At this point, continue on and choose to Start a custom life.
From the character creation menu, you’ll want to select the following options from each dropdown menu:
- Gender
- Male
- Country
- Canada
- City
- Halifax
Now, you can choose whatever appearance, attributes, and special talents you want.
How To Insult Primary School Classmates in BitLife
Now that you’ve started a whole new life and you’re on your way to completing the Grumpmas Challenge in BitLife, it’s time to look at the second object on our agenda: insult 5+ primary school classmates. Before we begin, you must make sure you are at least in primary school, which means you must age past the infant and toddler stages of your life. When you age up to six years old, you will enter primary school among a whole bunch of classmates that you can insult to your heart’s content.
First, head into the Occupation tab, which can be found on the bottom left-hand corner of your mobile device screen. From there, select your primary school at the top of the menu. You will see a whole list of options here, but since we want to focus on insulting our unsuspecting classmates, let’s choose the Class option to see who else we’re in class with. Your teacher will always be at the top of the list, followed by all the other students in your class.
Select the name of a classmate to bring up a menu of interactions you can have with them. There are quite a few options, but we need to focus on the second to last one, the Insult option. This will pop up a box that will ask you to confirm that you do, in fact, want to insult this kid. Hit the Yes button, then repeat the process until you have insulted at least 5 classmates in primary school.
How To Pirate Porches in BitLife
Now that we’ve gotten the primary school shenanigans out of the way, it’s time to move on to bigger and better things. For this portion of the BitLife Grumpmas Challenge, we’ll become a pirate. No, not one of the feared pirates of the seven seas, just a porch pirate.
First, you’ll need to age up to 18 years. Without this, you won’t make any progress toward your challenge, and it’ll ultimately be a waste of time. Head over to the Activities tab, and access the Crime menu. Near the bottom of the list, you’ll find the option to steal a neighbor’s mail with the Porch Pirate choice. Select this, then choose a neighborhood house you want to steal from. There will be risks no matter which house you choose, but that’s half the fun, right?
Now, we should probably warn you that there’s a good chance you’ll be spending some time in jail over your porch pirating habits. If you happen to get caught, it can be pretty rough. However, you must repeat the process and pirate at least 10 porches to progress in the Grumpmas Challenge.
How To Burgle Houses in BitLife
Now, we’re going to add a more serious note to our already extensive life of crime. Rather than just stealing our neighbor’s mail from outside, we’re going to take a trip inside their houses.
Head back into the Activities tab and then back into the Crime menu. The second option on the list allows you to perform a Burglary and burgle a home. This is the route we’re going to take. A new menu will pop up asking you to choose your victim. Typically there are only three options. However, it would be wise to choose the victim with the lowest salary. These victims typically don’t have overly guarded homes.
Starting the burglary will trigger a minigame. You must make your way through the house by swiping in different directions on your phone. However, the items highlighted in red will attack you if they make it to the square you are currently on. Pick up unhighlighted items on your way through the house, then make your way to the exit as soon as possible. Repeat this process until you have successfully burgled at least five different homes.
How To Get Married to Someone with High Looks
When it comes to the final task in the BitLife Grumpmas Challenge, we’ll have to be pretty smooth with our words and dump a whole bunch of time into a relationship. First, head over to the Assets tab and purchase a ring to propose with when you find the right lady.
Once you have a ring in-hand, head over to the Assets tab and select the Love menu. Select either Date or Dating App to find possible suitors. However, be sure to look for the Looks stat when searching for a future wife. You don’t want anyone who has less than 80% Looks. When you find the right woman, ask her on a date.
Once you have a new girlfriend, be sure to put lots of time into the relationship. Head into your Relationships tab. From there, choose your girlfriend and start giving her gifts, complimenting her, and having conversations with her. We would think it’s a bit pointless to remind you but don’t break up with her, ask for money, or fight with her. These will all greatly lower your chances of being able to marry her.
Keep dumping all your love into your girlfriend until her relationship bar is all the way full, then head back into the Relationships tab. Scroll down to the bottom and select the Propose option. This is where that ring you bought earlier comes into play. Choose the ring, then pick the perfect setting to propose to her and confirm your choices.
Once you get your girlfriend to accept your marriage proposal, it’s time to plan the wedding. Head back into the same menu and select the Wedding option to plan your wedding. Here, you get to choose the venue and your honeymoon place. Choose wisely and enjoy completing the Grumpmas Challenge in BitLife.
