You can complete the missing owner-side quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom by defeating Molduga near the Toruma Dunes in Gerudo Dessert. The exact location of the shop is shown on the above map. Here are the steps you need to follow.

1. Go to the jewelry shop and talk to Cara.

After some general introduction from Cara, she says she will gladly make jewelry for Link. She says further if the shop owner is here, she also will be glad to make one for him. However, she says she has gone out to look for particular adornment and hasn’t returned since then. According to Cara, she has gone to the Toruma Dunes. This will start the Missing Owner in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

2. Defeat Molduga at Toruma Dunes and rescue the shop owner

Go to the locations shown on the above map. When you approach the location, you will see smoke from the fire lit by the shop owner seeking help. She is on the top of a small rock pillar. The giant monster Molduga moves around the pillar. You must defeat Molduga to save her and complete the quest.

Use the pillar as a safe point since the creature can not attack once you are on top of it. Use Flower Bombs, Time Bombs, and Arrows to shoot at Molduga. Once it is stunted by bombs, go near it and attack with melee weapons to its belly. But makes sure to come back to the pillar when you see the signs of Molduga coming back to its senses. Defeating Molduga is the primary task of the Missing Owner quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

3. Speak with the shop owner.

Once you have defeated Molduga, speak with the shop owner, and you will know she is a legendary blacksmith and the Gerudo jewelry shop owner. Her name is Isha, and she will ask Link to visit her at the shop.

4. Visit Isha at the jewelry shop.

Meet Cara and Isha at the Gerudo jewelry shop, and they will reward you with a Diamond. This will complete the Missing Owner in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. If you need more visual guides, the video below from Quick Tips will help.

Tears of the Kingdom is available on Nintendo Switch.
