To accept The Never Ending Lecture side quest, you must complete the Restoring the Zora Armor quest and the Water Temple. Once you finish these requirements, travel to Zora’s Domain and visit the Throne Room. You will notice two NPCs in the left corner of this room, and one of them is disgruntled. Approach and talk to Khira and Chroma to accept The Never Ending Lecture side quest.
After talking to the girls, you will learn that Queen Yona ordered Chroma to find Zora Helm to give it to Link. In addition, the Queen said that the helmet is stored in Sky Fish. But Chroma did not quite understand what the Queen meant and found nothing by searching all the nearby reservoirs. Therefore, she asks you to find the helmet yourself.
To complete The Never Ending Lecture side quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you must visit the Floating Scales Sky Island east of Zora’s Domain and collect the new armor piece. Here’s how to do it.
- Go east from Zora’s Domain and climb Ploymus Mountain.
- Equip the Zora Armor and swim up the waterfall to Floating Scales Island.

- Go to the northeast edge of the island and use the Paraglider to glide into the cave on the side of the island. The image above will help you find the right place.
- After entering the cave, find the chest and open it to get Zora Helm and complete The Never Ending Lecture. The Zora Helm will increase your swim speed like the other parts of Zora Armor.
