How To Complete the Seaman Challenge in BitLife

This week in BitLife, we’ll be taking to the waters in the Seaman Challenge. You’ll start off as a boy living in Alaska, but it won’t take you long to take to the seas. You’ll join the military and serve in the Navy until you get an honorable discharge, then move on to do some crab fishing in your later years. Though, that’s not all, you’ll make some wild money and spend it all on your most prized possession: an excessively expensive boat. Let’s take a look at the Seamen Challenge in BitLife, and how to complete it.

BitLife: Seaman Challenge Tasks

Before we jump right into how to complete the Seaman Challenge in BitLife, let’s check out the tasks we’re up against this week:

1. Be born a male in Alaska.
2. Get an honorable discharge from the Navy.
3. Become a crab fisherman.
4. Purchase a boat worth $2M+.
5. Sail on your boat worth $2M+ 3+ times.

How To Be Born a Male in Alaska in BitLife

First, you’ll likely need to start by Surrendering your current life and starting a new, custom life. Follow the steps below:

1. Set your Gender to Male
2. Set your Country to United States
3. Set your Place to Anchorage
4. Start your character’s life

How To Get an Honorable Discharge From the Navy in BitLife

Before you can be in the military, you’ll need to age up until you are least 18 years old. After that point, head over to the Occupation tab and select the Military option. From there, select Navy to defend the sea. Enlist in the Navy, go out on deployment, and don’t request a discharge until you’ve either been injured, or until you’ve put in your time and are available to get out of the military.

How to Become a Crab Fisherman in BitLife

Before you can start your career as a Crab Fisherman, you’ll need to get a boating license. After you’ve been discharged from the Navy, head over to the Activities tab, and select the Licenses menu. From there, take the test to get your Boating License, then head over to the Occupation tab again. From there, you’ll notice more jobs that have to do with boating. Search until you find a Fishery job marked by a crab emoji, and take that job.

How To Purchase and Sail a Boat Worth $2M+

After you’ve got your job and your Boating License, head over to the Assets tab. From there, you’ll need to choose the Go Shopping option at the bottom of the list. Select the Specialty Dealer that sells boats and look for one worth at least $2,000,000. Purchase that boat either with a loan or with cash.

With the boat in your possession, head back down to the Assets tab, and select your boat from your current assets. Select your boat form the list, then select the Sail option. This needs to be done at least three times to complete the Seaman Challenge in BitLife.
