Fortunately, the solution to this quest is simple. You need to find the South Hyrule Sky Crystal and bring it to the Jinodok Shrine to unlock the entrance. To do this, you can follow the green beam.
After walking a little, you will find a mechanism that you can turn with your Ultrahand. Using this mechanism, players will be able to rotate the bridge. You must rotate it in such a way that it would create a path to the next island.
But you can also just turn it towards the next island. Then jump over it and run to the South Hyrule Sky Crystal. Move the Crystal to the center of the turning bridge.
