The puzzle involving the Tree Korok is located south of Central Hyrule, slightly west of Lake Hylia, and southeast of Necluda. To reach this location, you can use the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower as a starting point and proceed south. After passing by Deya Lake, you can head west to discover the Tree Korok Puzzle.

After locating the tree with three branches, descend along the pathway toward the water whirlpool. Before reaching Lake Hylia, you’ll find a rock firmly embedded in the ground. Stand before it and employ your Ultrahand ability to retrieve the rock. Then, retrace your steps downhill to the tree with three branches and use your Ultrahand capability to position the rock atop the branches.

Once you accomplish this task, a Korok will appear as if by magic and grant you a Korok Seed as a reward.
