Unlike most survival games, Grounded invites you to fight for your life against different bugs. But since you will be reduced to an even smaller size than the bugs, this will be quite a difficult challenge. Luckily, you can craft a variety of weapons and armor, with different bonuses. And if you like to use Charged Attacks and stun enemies, you need to craft the Black Ox Armor in Grounded, although it will be quite expensive.
How To Unlock the Black Ox Armor Recipe
Of course, such a powerful set as Black Ox Armor is not available to players at the beginning of their survival. Therefore, you will have to spend some time finding a Resource Analyzer. With its help, you can learn new Craft recipes. And in the case of Black Ox Armor, you need to reach Brainpower Level 13 and analyze Black Ox Horn and Black Ox Part. This way, you will receive the recipe for crafting the Black Ox Armor set in Grounded:
- Black Ox Helm – 2 Black Ox Horn, 3 Black Ox Part, 2 Pupa Leather
- Black Ox Harness – 4 Black Ox Parts, 4 Lint Rope, 1 Pupa Leather
- Black Ox Legwraps – 2 Black Ox Part, 2 Lint Rope, 5 Dust Mite Fuzz
Black Ox Armor Materials
Once you’ve unlocked the crafting recipe, you’ll have to move on to the hardest part, which is finding the materials. As the name suggests, Black Ox Armor is mainly made up of Black Ox Beetles parts. You can find them near the Undershed and the Wheelbarrow.
But be careful as they are very dangerous. We recommend that you use Tier 3 Weapons and Tier 2 Armor to survive this fight. And here are the Materials you will need to find for the entire Black Ox Armor set in Grounded:
- 2 Black Ox Horns – Players can get it from Black Ox Beetles or Black Widow Web Sacs.
- 9 Black Ox Parts – Players can get it from the remains of Black Ox Beetles.
- 3 Pupa Leather – Players can craft it from Pupa Hide.
- 6 Lint Ropes – Players can craft it from Lint.
- 5 Dust Mite Fuzz – Players can get it from the remains of Dust Mites.
