If you’ve captured one, then you’ll need to do some steps to evolve it either to Slowbro or Slowking. Here are the steps to evolve Galarian Slowpoke in Pokemon GO:

To get Galarian Slowbro, you’ll need to do the following:
- Select a Galarian Slowpoke as your buddy
- While it is your buddy, catch 30 Pokemon with the Poison type
- Get 50 Slowpoke candies and head to its page to evolve it

Evolving Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowking
If you want to get Galarian Slowking, the steps are similar to the ones above with just one variation:
- Set Galarian Slowpoke as your buddy
- Capture 30 Psychic-type Pokémon while Slowpoke is your buddy
- Use 50 Slowpoke candies to evolve it once you finish the previous step
Doing these things will let you get either Galarian Slowbro or Slowking. Both creatures are great as their types vary more than the one from Kanto. The dual-type of Poison and Psychic is a good combination that’ll help you in many raids. Just watch out for Dark-types or Ground-types.
