Any World of Warcraft Orc Warlock players who want to get the Master Channeler Rune have to find Altar of Thorns first. There, you need to perform a specific ritual on top of the stone table to obtain the ability. Once done, you will get the spell that tweaks how your Drain Life works. While it sounds a bit complicated, do not worry. Acquiring the Rune as an Orc Warlock is much more straightforward compared to Human and Undead races.
World of Warcraft: Altar of Thorns Location
The Altar of Thorns can be found at the Thorn Hill in The Barrens, around 58, 27 coordinates. It can be reached more easily if you have arrived at the Crossroads. From there, just head east towards Durotar. A humble stone altar can be seen in front of huge thorny vines not far from the rare Elite NPC Elder Mystic Razorsnout. You can try circling the mountain instead of running up and down the hill to cut time reaching the location.
Now, if your Orc Warlock has made it to the Altar of Thorns, stand on top of the stone table. Use Health Funnel to completely reduce your health to 0. Don’t worry though, because if you do it properly, you should not be dead. Instead, your health will be instantly healed to full, and obtain the Master Channeler Rune. You can also use Life Tap to drain your health a bit faster.
