To clarify, this Waypoint sits near the docks on the northern side of the Liffey Region’s lake, west of the New Fontaine Research Institute landmark. After you’ve arrived, do the following:
- Head to the Waverider Waypoint and get on your personal boat.
- Ride out to the upper center of the body of water and take a look at your map. The spot where you want to disembark is right above where the lower area of the reefs underwater disappears.
