1. Start from the Pokemon center and Go to the South.
2. Take the Grassy narrow path between two cliffs and take a left, entering Area four of the South province.
3. Go straight, and you will pass a pond under a cliff.
4. Pass the stone arc and take the right path. You will come to a grassy area surrounded by mountains. There are two large trees, and the TM is between them under the cliff.

Fury Falls

1. Start by Riverside and go to the northwest. You will find the TM  under a Bamboo tree.

Area three of the East Province

1. Start from the Pokemon Centre and Go to the West.
2. Take the road between big Rocks and enter Tagtree Thicket. You will pass some giant trees.
3. Go to the right at the end of the road and Go until you meet the River.
4. Go to the east side along the River until you meet a narrow path. The TM is at the end of the path.
