The Pink Latte awards you with two hearts as opposed to the one heart that the other items award you with after you gift them to My Melody. Since you can only gift three items every day, it would be in your best interest to gift her a Pink Latte three times a day in order to get to the goal of a level 11 friendship much faster. It isn’t a difficult task to get the pickaxe in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, but it does take a little bit of time if you want it.
