This article is over 2 years old and may contain outdated information.

The more you develop your farm in Stardew Valley, the more you will be able to produce resources and various items. Players can even create talismans, namely Rabbit’s Foot. Luckily, you don’t have to hurt your cute animals to do this. Instead, they will happily make a Rabbit’s Foot for you themselves, of course, if you take good care of them in Stardew Valley.

Before you can produce Rabbit’s Foot in Stardew Valley, you need to buy Rabbits. To do this, progress until you can build a Deluxe Coop. After that, visit Marnie’s Ranch to buy Rabbits for 8,000 Gold each. Then all you have to do is feed them and make friends with them. A fed Rabbit drops Wool every 4 days. But by increasing the friendship level and mood of these cute animals, you have a small chance of getting a Rabbit’s Foot instead of Wool.

Of course, if you don’t want to take care of Rabbits, you can buy Rabbit’s Foot in Stardew Valley. To do this, you need to check products in the Traveling Cart. If you are lucky, the talisman you need will be there. However, it can cost between 1,695 and 2,825 Gold.

The last and most ineffective way to get Rabbit’s Foot is Serpents. Players can find these mobs in Skull Cavern. By defeating them, you have a 1% chance of receiving a Rabbit’s Foot. But we do not recommend you use this method, as it is too slow.

How To Use a Rabbit’s Foot

Unfortunately, Rabbit’s Foot does not affect your luck in Stardew Valley. Actually, it doesn’t have many uses:

  • Gift – All the characters in the game love this item, except Penny who hates it.
  • Sell – You can sell Rabbit’s Foot in Stardew Valley for 565 – 1,130g depending on quality.
  • Bundles – Enchanter’s Bundle will require you to provide the Rabbit’s Foot in addition to several other items.
  • Quests – You will need this item to complete Secret Note #20.
  • Events – Having the Rabbit’s Foot with you will help you avoid a bad outcome in the Group 10-Heart Event.
