Nintendo’s latest Zelda offer has a vast open world, and that brings a lot of unknowns. Ingredients dropped from enemies are especially useful for Link but can be challenging to find. Shard of Farosh‘s Fang is one of them. Here’s how to get a Shard of Farosh’s Fang in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
Getting Shard of Farosh’s Fang in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Shard of Farosh’s Fang is one of the materials in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. It is dropped by the Electric Dragon Farosh, flying around Lake Hylia, Lake Floria, and Gerudo Canyon. Of course, this doesn’t fall off on its own, and Link has to go and get it himself. The beast is rather challenging to find, though, since it does not pass through any major settlements. Besides, there is no exact time it emerges. In our experience, however, one of the best places to wait for Farosh to appear is the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower.
After climbing to a high place like the Sky Tower and locating Farosh, there is little left to do. At this point, you should get your glider and fly toward Farosh’s mouth. Once you’ve done that, shoot your arrow into its fang. Doing so will get you the Shard of Farosh’s Fang. Also, something that should not be forgotten is that dragon’s mouth should be open while following these steps.
