As with other quests in Sea of Stars, all you need to do is talk to a suitable NPC to start the quest. The ghost you need is haunting the graveyard in Lucent. You can find it by jumping over the western wall of the town and heading north a bit. The ghost will ask you to find its Turbo Cookie, which can become a challenge in Sea of Stars. In addition, players will not be told exactly where to look for it. However, it’s worth noting that if you find Cookie before you face the ghost, you can start and complete the quest in just a few seconds.

So, to get Turbo Cookie in Sea of Stars, you need to get Graplou. This tool is unlocked during the main story, so you must complete the main quests until you get it. Then, return to Lucent and use Graplou to get to the ledges. Continue to advance further using Graplou until you reach the roof of the central building in the town.

After that, go down to the balcony and enter the attic. You can find a chest containing a Turbo Cookie among the dust and web in the attic. However, you need to be careful when you return the Cookie to the ghost, as it will attack you. But fortunately, it is not a very strong enemy. And after beating it, explore one of the graves to collect your Shed Key reward.
