Festival of the Lost is finally back in Destiny 2, and boy, do we have some interesting masks this year. Every year, there are a set of masks that are released and can be collected and purchased throughout the few short weeks that Festival of the Lost runs during the spooky season. This year, we have a whole new set of masks that we’re all pushing to collect before time runs out, and they’re pretty cool. We get to see new additions like the Good Boy Mask, which depicts a dog, and the Tormentor Mask, which is a bit more on the dark side. Let’s take a look at how to get all masks in Destiny 2‘s Festival of the Lost 2023.
Destiny 2: All Masks and How To Get Them
This year, there are eight total Festival of the Lost masks that we can obtain:
- Mara Sov Mask
- Calus Mask
- Good Boy Mask
- Disciple Mask
- Tormentor Mask
- Pouka Mask
- Clovis Bray Mask
- Nimbus Mask
Obtaining each of them requires relatively different processes. While some may require you to complete Festival of the Lost challenges, others may be purchased from the Destiny 2 Eververse Store.
Mara Sov Mask
You can obtain the Mara Sov Mask by completing Haunted Sectors. Higher Difficulty Haunted Sectors will grant you extra progress toward acquiring it. You will also gain an Enhancement Core and Event Ticket along with the Mara Sov Mask.
- Complete 18x Haunted Sectors
Calus Mask
You can get the Calus Mask by completing the Occult Ritual Festival of the Lost Event Challenge. You must complete ritual activities, including strikes, Crucible matches, and Gambit matches. In addition, you will also obtain an Enhancement Core and an Event Ticket.
Good Boy Mask
To get the Good Boy Mask, you’ll have to spend some Silver. Head over to the Eververse Store and access the Event tab. The Good Boy Mask will be available for 300 Silver.
Disciple Mask
The Disciple Mask, much like the Good Boy Mask, can be obtained through the Eververse Store. Follow the steps for the previous mask and head into the Event tab of the Eververse Store. There, you can purchase the Disciple Mask for 300 Silver.
Tormentor Mask
The Tormentor Mask, and the other three remaining masks can all be obtained through gameplay without Silver. You must complete the Heads Will Roll Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost Event Challenge for this one. You will have to defeat Headless Ones in Haunted Sectors. You will also receive 25 Legendary Shards and an Event Ticket.
- Defeat 100x Headless Ones
Pouka Mask
The Festival of the Lost 2023 Pouka Mask is obtained by completing the Candy Corner Event Challenge. You must earn Candy from activities, though there is no specified amount that you have to collect, only a progress bar. In addition, you will also receive an Enhancement Prism and an Event Ticket.
Clovis Bray Mask
To get the Clovis Bray Mask, you only need to complete the Cryptozoologist Festival of the Lost Event Challenge. The challenge is one of the easiest to complete and only requires you to use Manifested Pages to restore a chapter in the “Tales of the Forgotten – Vol. 3.”
Nimbus Mask
To acquire the Nimbus Mask in the 2023 Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost event, you must complete the Hocus Focusing Event Challenge, which requires you to Focus an Eerie Engram. These engrams drop from Haunted Sectors and can be focused in the Tower Courtyard with Eva Levante. You will also receive 10,000 Glimmer and an Event Ticket.
Destiny 2 is now available on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation consoles.
