- Here, select and purchase the Golden Pacifier.

How to Use the Golden Pacifier
You can’t necessarily use the Golden Pacifier whenever you want. You do need to have a baby on the way and must decide to keep it. After that, you’ll quite literally be given options for what gender you want your child to be, if it should be a twin or triplet, and what their special talent is.
The best part of all of this is that you are forever fertile. That’s right, you and your partner will be able to have as many babies as you want, no matter how old you get! Typically, women will be unable to carry babies in-game as they reach their 50s.
How is the Golden Pacifier Useful?
Now, you might be thinking, why would it be a good idea to be infinitely fertile? Well, in the case of challenges, there are many that would otherwise be impossible without the Golden Pacifier. Can you imagine trying to complete the 100 Baby Challenge without having something like this? Also, do try to be as healthy as possible if you do attempt this challenge because you can still get sexually transmitted diseases.
