To obtain this skin, you first need to select Fortnite Festival from the game modes section. Then click on the Festival Pass tab above. This will bring you to a special pass dedicated to Billie Eilish, and you’ll need to pay 1,800 V-Bucks after clicking “Upgrade” at the bottom right of the screen.
